 Senior Business Development Manager and 

Fresh MBA Candidates for Business Development.

Senior Business Development Manager:   

A person with minimum of 5 or more years experience in 

developing business in the B2B space. 

Preferably with a technical background to understand our 
Fire Alarm Public address and home automation systems. 
Person will be required to work from Horamavu 
and will involve travel to major cities in India to develop business. 

The BDM will be leading a team of 4-5 people and will 
have to make calls with them to successfully generate business. 

Attractive incentives.   Knowledge of leading digital marketing 
effort and SEO will be highly useful.  

The profile will involve establishing contact with consultants 

and system integrators through field visits. 

social media outreach and other networking platforms generating 

enquiries and converting them into orders.

A very important aspect also will be to enlist our products with 

various consultants public and private organisations like 

CPWD etc and generate a regular stream of business. 


Fresh MBA Candidates: 

The company has a culture of  recruiting fresh MBA candidates 

and training them on B2B marketing and sales after 4 months 

of paid internship @ Rs 15,000/month and then later after 

successful completion of internship confirming them on a 

full time basis with upto 4 Lakhs per anum salary with other 

reimbursements, incentives and allowance. 

Technical background preferred. 

Good language skills will be added advantage.  

Candidates may be required to travel to major Indian cities

for upto 2-3 weeks  monthly  sometimes to 

develop business in that region.
